Recently the scanner statistics create by Christoph Bauer were linked on a larger german newssite, the effect is similar to slashdotting something, but its got another name, 'heise ddos'.
I increased the number of preforked childs on apache to fix it, as there were *many* connections with traffic in sendq, and from what I can see now, it works again.

To make it short, the statistics linked are about 6 month old, even though I have no idea whats the point in linking old statistics about virus scanners on a newspage … enjoy the ride.
