Forget everything you may have heard about 0.1.7, its slightly different from what we planned, but it is done, and you can get it here.
We did not remove geolocation and submit-xmlrpc to honor Emre Bastuz work on the NepenthesFE webinterface.
The default logging became pretty quiet, if you love the spam on console, configure with –enable-debug-logging.
I was able to compile it on OpenBSD, NetBSD, FreeBSD, as well as any debian, and Fedora Core 5 using g++ 4.1.
If you update an existing install, please read the guide on updating conf files, or you will screw your install.
Special thanks to Emre Bastuz for the webinterface, Harald Lampesberger for fixing log-prelude as well for writing the vuln-ftpd module, and last but not least to http://www.shadowserver.org for running bleeding edge code, helping us to debug it.
Refer to the release notes for further changes.
Have fun using it.
